We will agree on a purchase price and terms of the contract. ATX House Flipper will begin drafting a purchase agreement contract.

4. Sign a contract:

Once the contract is finished, the seller and ATX House Flipper will sign the purchase agreement contract.

5. Closing:

The title company completes the required documents to close on the property and ensure a hassle-free closing.

6. GET PAID!
